Funny street scene in Edo, old name for Tokyo, from one of the Edo series.   Simple mat, good viewing condition matted or framed.  Print is attached to backing paper, some light staining and fading, please check pictures.  Can be framed for nice view.
Very rare original Hiroshige genre scene.  Please ask if you have any questions at all.

Mat:  17.5 x  13″
Condition:  Not pristine but good for framing.  The backlit image shows through 2 paper layers.
Note:  Publisher seal of Tsujoka Bjnsuke,  Joshu-ya Kinzo, an important 1800s publisher for whom many artists worked.  They include Hiroshige, Toyokuni, Kunisada…
